The Initiative for Community Wellness (ICW) offers its services to the public, free of charge.

​

The scope of services currently includes:

• Vital signs evaluation: temperature, pulse rate, respiration rate, oxygen saturation, and blood pressure.

• Measurements: height, weight, and blood sugar.

• Consultation by a primary care provider, such as a physician or nurse.

• During flu seasons, patients may also be eligible to receive free flu vaccinations, depending on availability of doses.

Unfortunately, due to the limits of our practice, we are only able to offer services to adults ages 18 and over. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. However, please feel free to bring your little ones to the clinic as we do have a play area and child care assistance on-site in order to provide a thorough clinic experience for parents.
